Preparation of inventory of contents.

Preparation of Tenancy continuation if tenants remain for a further lease period.

Collection of 1st months’ rent and deposit.

I lived in a rental property managed by Jim O'Connell for several years as a happy tenant. The landlord is living abroad. Whenever we had an issue with the house Jim always got it sorted quickly for us and communicated between us and the landlord very well. I can say both the landlord and the tenants are in good hands and the house was well taken care of. The landlord decided to sell the property eventually and we were given ample notice as tenants to vacate. Jim was very quick in writing us reference letters and this greatly helped me in finding the next property to rent. A reliable and trusted business from my personal experience.
